Dr. Adam Dvorak
FOUNDER & CEO
Our Founder, Adam Dvorak, has a PhD in MRI physics and has spent his entire career working hands-on to develop cutting edge imaging technology. As a lifelong amateur athlete, Adam is driven by the belief that timely, high-quality imaging is an essential piece of the puzzle for keeping people active, healthy, and performing at their best. At InForm Imaging, Adam’s focus is on making the latest advances in MRI technology available in Canada, where the need for faster, more accessible MRI has never been greater.
Larissa Werbicki
Operations Manager
Larissa keeps everything at InForm Imaging running smoothly. With a university degree in kinesiology and a lifelong background in sport—including competing on the Canadian National Team—she understands both the science of movement and the realities of injury and performance. She knows the ins and outs of the business, coordinating people, processes, and details so that every scan and every client experience runs seamlessly. Simply put: without her, we wouldn’t be able to operate the way we do.
Lewisia Dvorak
Director of Marketing
Lew is the voice behind InForm Imaging. A lifelong active individual, if you don’t see her at her desk, she’s most likely out on the road ripping a long run. She began her studies in social sciences, but quickly gravitated toward communications and marketing, where she discovered a passion for storytelling and building relationships. Today, she oversees all of our branding and marketing, coordinating events, and partnerships, making sure everything we put into the world reflects who we are and the people we serve.
Behnad Honarbakhsh

Behnad is the founder of FIT TO TRAIN Human Performance Systems in Vancouver and a longtime sports therapy clinician. He previously served as Director of Physical Therapy for the Vancouver Canucks and still consults with the team, while also supporting UBC’s School of Kinesiology and Varsity Athletics. Driven by a passion for helping people recover, he joined InForm Imaging to make imaging a core part of rehab—because, as he says, “imaging is information… insight into what’s really going on.”

Our radiologists are Canadian physicians specialized in musculoskeletal (MSK) imaging, with advanced training in joint and extremity assessment. They focus on capturing and interpreting high-quality MRI studies of bones, cartilage, ligaments, tendons, and surrounding soft tissues. They also help target and refine our imaging protocols to ensure we’re imaging the exact areas that need attention. Their deep MSK expertise turns detailed MRI findings into clear, practical insights that support better decisions for patients, athletes, and their care teams.
Dr. Nicolas Murray

Our Medical Director and radiologist, Dr. Nicolas Murray, is affiliated with both Vancouver General Hospital and the University of British Columbia. Dr. Murray brings extensive experience in high-performance athletics, having served as a radiologist for the Vancouver Canucks, Vancouver Whitecaps, and BC Lions. His background in musculoskeletal imaging and sports medicine informs the protocols we use at InForm, ensuring consistent, reliable, and exceptional image quality.
